Becoming a YouTube Creator!
So, you think that you would like to become a YouTube creator?
So many people looking like they are having fun!
They get to make videos!
They are getting RICH…
and some are even famous!
Well, that is not ME!
LOL! Okay, I am making videos, and I do enjoy it, so much so that I pretty much plan my entire day around it.
It is not an obsession, although from the outside looking in you might think so. I want to make it my full-time business.
YES! I said business.
The problem is I didn’t have any experience with cameras, making videos, storytelling, editing and being creative…
EXPRESSIVE yes CREATIVE no!
So why start a blog about being an online YouTube creator?
SIMPLE!
After 3 years of trying to become a YouTube Creator, a couple dozen attempts at starting a YouTube Channel and watching thousands of YouTube videos with every YouTube expert available I am convinced that if I am going to make it… I am going to need my own strategy.
Of course,
I will be using some of the knowledge I have learned along the way…
BUT
I will be interpreting it in a way that makes my channel success unique.
notice I did not say, “success or failure”!
Let’s be positive, because being realistic is just outdated!
So where am I going with this and why do you want to keep reading?
The number one thing that I think most YouTubers don’t understand when they start is building a YouTube Channel take a lot of time.
Videos take time
Editing takes time
Learning about creating takes time
getting results takes time…………………
That is really the biggest one,
There is NO…
“Field of Dreams”
If you build it, they don’t come…
well at least not at first. Some claim they can build a channel in less than one month and they will show you if you sign up to their course for hundreds of dollars!
Ya right! HAHAHAHA!
So here is what I am doing. I am taking all the free advice these top Gurus offer and I am applying it to my Youtube Channel, I’m going to find out if it is worth all the time that I spend watching these channels or is there something else I need to do?
I hope you will join me as I try to become a full time YouTuber who needs to work another job to survive. I will share with you the things that I do on YouTube and tell you what works and what does not work on my 7 channels.
